Those who can bear the homely smells of a horse- drawn carriage can enjoy a romantic tour of the narrow streets of the Old Town. You can just sit and enjoy being in this magical place. This is just one of tree ways you can move around the Old Town on wheels- there is also a sight- seeing train and few rickshaws. Any other vehicles are forbidden in the Old Town, which is really nice and creates the great atmosphere!
The carriages are only available in the summer. You should be able to find them easily- they just stand around.
