The Old Town Market Square

The Old Town Market Square vibrates with life at any time of day or night - here, in the open air, you can listen to both professional and amateur musicians, watch performances of theatrical groups, and admire the works of street artists.

The Historical Museum of the City of Warsaw is also worth a visit. It is located in the houses of the northern frontage of the Market Square. The stylish interiors of the exhibition halls contain a display reflecting the atmosphere of Warsaw from years long gone, as well as the history of the city from its beginning to the present. The museum cinema shows a moving film about the destruction and reconstruction of the city.
