Excellent walking and fun area. This is a good place for those who are tired with the hustle and bustle of capital- city life. Though the Zoo is situated in the city centre, it's a real fresh air oasis.
There are over 70 species of animals from all over the world. You can see Polish lynxes, wildcats and aurochs as well as zebras, polar bears and various monkeys. Special education programs are an extra attraction for the kids. As the area is quite large, seeing it by bike is a good idea.
