Cepelia

Cepelia is a chain of shops that sell polish folk crafts, pottery, furniture, folk art and even regional costumes or ceremonial breads.

It's a great shop to visit around holiday times, as they always stock nice folk decorations. They also carry a good selection of the famous Boleslawiec pottery. Hand embroidered cloths and tablecloths are also here, as are dolls and souvenir items. They will carefully wrap anything you buy that is breakable.

During 55 years of it's history Cepelia has remained faithful to its fundamental goal of promoting art rooted in Polish native traditions, folk art associated with the work of country artists and artistic handicraft.
