Absynt

Absinth – the legendary drink, passionately consumed by Picasso, Van Gogh, Oscar Wilde and Hemingway. Absinth is also the name of this French restaurant. where you can be delighted with French specialities in a leisurely and friendly atmosphere.

In Absinth they serve both classic dishes from Paris bistro which include: onion soup, snails in garlic butter or rabbit in mustard; and our own specialities enriched with colonial, Spanish and oriental influences: salmon marinated in soya'sauce, wasabi or prawns in filo dough with aioli sauce.

The layout of the restaurant, as well as the kitchen, combines two styles. The upper floor is modern and minimalist. It is adequate e.g. for business meetings. On the other hand, the layout of the lower with its warm colours, intimate nooks and many collected trinkets makes a perfect place for a romantic dinner for two.
