Goodyear plans offer for rest of Polish affiliate TEL AVIV (MarketWatch) — Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., the Akron, Ohio, tire maker, said on Tuesday that a Luxembourg-based subsidiary, Goodyear SA, will begin a tender offer for the about one-third of the Polish tire company TC Debica that it doesn’t already own.
