The International Meetings of Action Art 'Rozdroze'

Since 1994, the Ujazdowski Castle Contemporary Art Centre has organised an interdisciplinary festival, unique on a Polish scale, presenting the work of artists reaching beyond the borders of contemporary art. The festival presents performances from the crossroads of theatre, dance and visual arts.

‘Rozdroze' hosted artist from France, UK, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Japan, USA, among them: Pina Bausch from Wuppertal, Meredith Monk group from NYC and butoh dancer Kazuo Ohno from Japan.
