Cinema KINO.LAB's program is part of a comprehensive program of events pursued by the Centre for Contemporary Art.
Our basic aim is to present worldwide achievements in the art of cinema, emphasizing productions that are independent and of artistic and intellectual value.
We seek to support contemporary Polish explorations within this artistic field by organizing presentations of the work of Polish filmmakers. Our program also includes discussions, conferences, and lectures.
Kino.Lab is associated with good films, including those that do not find their way into "normal" theatrical distribution. KINO.LAB's program consists of presentations of: historical and contemporary avant- garde work of both Polish and foreign film- makers, video art., artistic feature films, animated films, documentary films.
We hope to provide access to the art of the moving image in a thoroughly enjoyable environment. Our cinema space is intimate, with a total of 74 superbly comfortable seats, and we maintain our ticket prices at the lowest possible levels.
